Company Text Messaging / Opt-In & Opt-Out Ability

To offer efficient services to existing and potential customers, 1000 Islands Spray Foam Inc. offers users the option of communicating with the Company via text message using the companies corporate telephone number (844) 844-3626. This is listed on the Site under the “Contact Us” webpage. 

By sending a text message to 1000 Islands Spray Foam Inc., the user is providing the Company with implied consent to reply via text message to the user, and is doing an “Opt-In” for this service. 

1000 Islands Spray Foam Inc. also has an autoreply function setup on their corporate telephone number (844) 844-3626, which automatically replies to customers phone numbers via text message, should a call go unanswered or be missed. The default text message sent to users is as follows:

“Thank-you for contacting 1000 Islands Spray Foam! We unfortunately can’t take your call at the moment, but text us with your info and we will contact you asap.”

At no time will 1000 Islands Spray Foam Inc. provide this information (customer name, telephone number) to third parties. This information, provided by the end user, will solely be used by the Company to contact a user, who has either called or texted the company first. 1000 Islands Spray Foam Inc. will not “cold call” or “spam” customers with any other information or request for services, without the customer making the first contact with the Company.

Should a customer or user decide to “Opt-Out” of having 1000 Islands Spray Foam Inc. communicate with them via text message, users simply need to reply with “STOP”, or ask the Company directly via telephone, email or text message, to cease communication with them via text messaging.
